RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return your order, kindly notify us via the email address below prior to shipping your parcel so we can prepare to process it accordingly. info@takeanap.com

RETURNS
Take A Nap accepts returns within 30 days counting from the arrival of your package.
You must return the Take A Nap items to the Take A Nap online store's return address, as listed below. Please note that Take A Nap will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, used, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags and labels. Any returned items which fail to meet this criteria may not be refunded. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

REFUND
After the goods are received and processed for approval by Take A Nap, a refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal) within 5-10 working days.

*All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked courier service in order to be able to monitor the returned parcel, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES
Take A Nap does not exchange products. If you purchased an item from Take A Nap and would like a different color, size or style, you’ll need to place a new order on our online store. If you wish to return the items you have already purchased you may do so, but not as an exchange for a different item.

COSTS FOR RETURNS
Take A Nap is not responsible for shipping costs and any additional duties, taxes or charges that may incur regarding the return of a product.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal. If this option is available to your shipping destination, it will show at checkout. When selecting this option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to takeanap.com

PRICES & CURRENCIES
Take A Nap cannot and will not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.
