RETURNS

TAKEANAP LLC accepts returns within 30 days counting from the arrival of your package.

You must return the Takeanap items to the Takeanap online store's return address listed below. Please note that Takeanap will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, used, or damaged after receipt, or that is missing the original tags and labels. Any returned items which fail to meet these criteria may not be refunded. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved.

REFUNDS

After the goods are received and processed for approval by Takeanap, a refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or PayPal) within 5–10 working days.

  • All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • We suggest that you ship the parcel via a tracked courier service in order to monitor the return, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES

Takeanap does not exchange products. If you purchased an item from TAKEANAP LLC and would like a different color, size, or style, you will need to place a new order on our online store. If you wish to return the items you have already purchased, you may do so, but not as an exchange for a different item.

COSTS FOR RETURNS

TAKEANAP LLC is not responsible for shipping costs or any additional duties, taxes, or charges that may be incurred regarding the return of a product.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. If this option is available for your shipping destination, it will show at checkout. When selecting this option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will return to takeanap.com.

PRICES & CURRENCIES

Takeanap cannot and will not be held responsible for any currency fluctuations or currency exchange rates applied by any bank when converting our listed currencies to other currencies.
