Materials & Care
Our towels are woven with zero-twist yarn technology, which keeps individual cotton fibers upright rather than tightly wound. The result is a towel that feels exceptionally plush on first touch and unlike most hotel towels grows softer with every wash. At 600 GSM, our bamboo towels sit at the upper end of the luxury weight range: dense enough for hotel-quality absorbency without feeling heavy.
Bamboo towels are naturally temperature-regulating, subtly silkier, and ideal if you run warm. They are hypoallergenic and well-suited to sensitive skin. Cotton towels offer a crisper, more familiar feel and hold up well over many high-temperature wash cycles. If you're unsure, our Bamboo Zero-Twist towel is our bestseller and a great starting point.
Wash before first use — this activates the fibers. Tumble dry on low-to-medium heat and remove promptly; over-drying is the leading cause of stiffness. Avoid fabric softener as it coats fibers and reduces absorbency over time. For bamboo towels, a cool or warm wash under 104°F / 40°C preserves the fiber structure longest.
Yes. Our eco-conscious fabrics carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, meaning every component — fiber, thread, and dye — has been independently tested and confirmed free from harmful substances. The certification is noted on each applicable product page.
Yes. All colorways within a collection are dyed to the same reference, so combining a bath towel in Ivory with hand towels in Stone will coordinate naturally. Use the Shop by Color feature in the navigation to build your own bathroom palette.
Sizing & Fit
Our core range includes Hand Towels (~20" × 39"), Bath Towels (~28" × 55"), and Bath Sheets (~35" × 71") where available. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page. Our bath sheets are generously proportioned — designed to wrap, not just dry.
Our robes are cut with a relaxed, enveloping fit. As a guide: S/M fits most women and slimmer men up to 5'10"; L/XL suits broader builds and taller frames. If you're between sizes and value a fully wrapped feel, size up. Full measurements are on each robe's product page.
Shipping & Returns
Standard US delivery takes 4–7 business days. Free shipping applies to all orders over $75. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Expedited options are available at checkout.
We offer 30-day returns on unused bath products in their original condition. Because towels and robes come into direct skin contact, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed or used. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll resolve it immediately.
