Shipping to the Continental United States is free for orders of $75 or more.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY CHARGES DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT COSTS THAT MAY BE DUE ONCE THE PACKAGE REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting 'My Account', followed by 'Order Status'.
TAKEANAP ships worldwide with DHL Express. Please allow 24- 48 hours for your order to get processed and shipped.
Orders generally arrive between 4 - 10 business days. Occasionally, shipping can take as long as 21 days based on your destination country.
Please note that while we do our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, dispatch and delivery times are based on estimation only and are not guaranteed.
TAKEANAP is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company, etc.
We do! All orders over $200 within the Continental United States, are shipped free of charge.
In the case that your order has to be returned to us due to the receiver’s refusal to pay custom duties, taxes or fees, or as a result of your unavailability at the time of shipment and/or inaccuracies in the details provided by you, Take A Nap will have to charge you for shipping and handling fees and any additional administrative charges that might be incurred for customs clearance and return process.
Returns and exchanges
If you wish to return your order, kindly notify us via the email address below prior to shipping your parcel so we can prepare to process it accordingly. info@takeanap.com
TAKEANAP accepts returns within 30 days counting from the arrival of your package.
You must return the Take A Nap items to the Take A Nap online store's return address, as listed below. Please note that Take A Nap will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, used, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags and labels. Any returned items which fail to meet this criteria may not be refunded. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
After the goods are received and processed for approval by TAKEANAP refund specialists. A refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal) within 5-10 working days.
*All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked courier service in order to be able to monitor the returned parcel, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
TAKEANAP does not exchange products. If you purchased an item from TAKEANAP and would like a different color, size or style, you’ll need to place a new order on our online store. If you wish to return the items you have already purchased you may do so, but not as an exchange for a different item.
TAKEANAP is not responsible for shipping costs and any additional duties, taxes or charges that may incur regarding the return of a product.

You should receive your order confirmation as soon as your order has been processed online. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour please follow the below steps:
Check your account to ensure the order was processed
Check your spam folder for an email from info@takeanap.com
If you still have no luck email us at info@takeanap.com and we will ensure your confirmation is resent ASAP
Please contact us at info@takeanap.com and we will find a solution for you ASAP
At the moment we only accept PayPal. If this option is available to your shipping destination, it will show at checkout. When selecting this option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to TAKEANAP.com
