Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a Fedex Tracking numer to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting 'My Account', followed by 'Order Status'.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your order, kindly notify us via the email address below prior to shipping your parcel so we can prepare to process it accordingly. info@takeanap.com

TAKEANAP accepts returns within 30 days counting from the arrival of your package.

After the goods are received and processed for approval by TAKEANAP refund specialists. A refund will be issued for the returned items in the original form of payment (via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal) within 5-10 working days or via Store Giftcard, if you prefer.

*All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked courier service in order to be able to monitor the returned parcel, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

TAKEANAP does not exchange products. If you purchased an item from TAKEANAP and would like a different color, size or style, you’ll need to place a new order on our online store. If you wish to return the items you have already purchased you may do so, but not as an exchange for a different item.

TAKEANAP is not responsible for shipping costs and any additional duties, taxes or charges that may incur regarding the return of a product.
